My name is Leonie and I am passionate about providing therapy and support to people experiencing problems with depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, difficulties related to eating and body image and more.

Mental health can change minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day and so on. We will all struggle with difficulties with our mental health at some point(s) in our life, but this does not mean that we cannot live a good quality of life in the way we wish to live it.

Learning simple techniques and ways to manage your mental on a day to day basis can really empower you and give you the best opportunity to move towards good mental health.
